In order to improve the quality of service for shippers on July 29 2021 a new building of the Linear Transport Service Center was opened at Molodechno station. As the First Deputy Head of the Belarusian Railway Petr Dulub noted at the ceremony there are now 35 linear transport service centers operating on the Belarusian Railway which cover all stations of the mainline with a single network. He recalled that the main principles of the Belarusian Railways in servicing clients are the availability of railway transport efficiency and complexity high quality and a guarantee of the fulfillment of contractual obligations.Linear transport service center Molodechno LCTO represents the interests of the carrier in terms of organizing the carriage of goods by rail in general use and the provision of services related to the carriage of goods. Here is concentrated the documentary registration of transportation accrual of freight charges customs clearance and other commercial operations for all stations included in the LCTO service region which currently includes 13 stations Molodechno Kaledino Usha Olekhnovichi Prudy Polochany Volozhin Radoshkovichi Dubravy Vileika Bogdanov Budslav Knyaginin.Since the beginning of 2021 the LCTO Molodechno has concluded 334 contracts for complex transport services with enterprises of all forms of ownership. The new building of the LCTO is equipped taking into account modern trends in the development of transport logistics of the Belarusian Railways to create more comfortable conditions for cargo owners. It houses the clients and operating room the customer service room and the meeting room the lecture hall and the meeting room.In the clients room in addition to an information stand with all the necessary information and reference information about the services provided rail multimodal and container transportation there is also a place for the client - a personal computer that has access to the automated systems of the Belarusian Railways through a system of electronic keys. Currently 30 of clients of LCTO Molodechno use these opportunities for self-registration of transportation. The creation of the LCST on the Belarusian Railways made it possible to simplify the interaction between the carrier and the cargo owner concentrate the processing of cargo operations in one place and improve the quality of services provided.
