Sanitary Engineering Operation and Maintenance Directorate of Ministry of Works Municipalities Affairs Urban Planning has organized a workshop in collaboration with the Legal Affairs Section of Capital Municipality under the name of Law Enforcement Officers and Public Prosecutions Requirements.Throughout the workshop attorney Zainab Marzooq defined law enforcement officers as well as the laws that determine their missions their specialization and their privileges. She also focused on the most important municipal offences that law enforcement officers are to take care of such as authorization and construction offences road works and unauthorized ads. The Municipalities Affairs experiment with the Sanitary Offence Monitoring System has been discussed and passed. They also looked into whether or not it is potentially useful and developing it in regards to Sanitary Engineering Sector.The workshop also approached the Kingdom of Bahrains law for sanitary and surface water discharge Article 33 the most important offence clauses in it as well as the penalties that follow. It is worth mentioning that this workshop has been organized as the first step towards improving the Sanitary Offence Monitoring System for Sanitary Engineering Sector as per Article 33 in hopes of maintaining the facilities of the Sanitary Engineering Sector which contains sanitary networks pumping and processing stations in addition to aspiring to raise beneficiaries awareness of the importance of the proper use and its powerful effect in the efficiency of the transporting and processing processes.
