The aim is to create a district that is environmentally conscious and resource -saving and at the same time offers a high quality of life. The focus of the planning is three main goals. These are energy -efficient and sustainable construction, the expansion of a climate -friendly mobility offer and the planning of an infrastructure of the short distances for living, work, leisure and relaxation.
Citizens participation as an important building block
The inclusion of the population is a central concern in the development of the Danube field. Opinions and wishes are also documented in the Charter Donaufeld and form the basis for further development steps. The next municipal council committee, which releases the further planning steps, will take place on April 1, 2025.
