Captain Nicolas Pashinyan attended a solemn session dedicated to the day of the formation of the State Security Service.The captain first congratulated PEF Chief Sargsyan Johnisyan All PEF servants including those involved in the first day of the founding of the service thanked them on the holiday and for fulfilling their duties before them by law and the Constitution. that 2023 is a turning year for the State Conservation Service because it has been transformed into a body subject to the Master.This means that we have created a new special service with a serious responsibilityfrom the perspective of security in the country the fight against terrorism and the protection of the judiciary.And in this regard of course I must emphasize that in implementing the change we want to strengthen emphasize the best traditions of the ministry and try to bring out the shortcomings in the workplace. Service is primarily a strong structure but it is essential to improve the efficiency of the work of any force structure that activity is based on mental capacity Of course in the future we plan to improve the physical infrastructure weapons technical equipment of the structure first of all to strengthen operational and analytical capabilities.Of course the State Conservation Service operates 24 hours a day I in general appreciate the work of the ministry how little it is noticeable for both the preserved and the public Service should be guided by the following principle not to act where it is not and to operate there We hope that reforms in this period of service will bring about a common quality and an increase in social guarantees for employees the prime minister said.The head of the government has stated that in the future will launch a voluntary certification process that is central to at least doubling wages. doesnt mean we think the work done is not quality but even the most qualified work can be more quality. Thats our logic.I would like to emphasize that the quality of service is also essential in terms of Armenias international neutrality because it accepts and accompanies foreign guests. That is in essence foreign guests deal with the country through PEF employees. about the situation of the stuff in that country.At the same time PRS representatives accompany high-ranking officials with government conservation during foreign visits which is also a very important feature And in all these ways of course we need to develop the service by strengthening the state because the most important factor in strengthening the state at all is the efficiency of that countrys institutions services and activities consistency and quality.It is also important to record that the State Security Service today has both the organizational and intellectual potential to carry out all these changes.Overall if you have noticed we often talk about a higher degree of womens involvement in a variety of areas. In this auditorium we see a small number of women serving in the PRS but we also have a problem with a greater rate of womens involvement in military service combat service and bodyguard service. I want to emphasize that this is interpreted only by other geopolitical perspectives but our perception is not. that is I say this in a negative or negative context The majority of the people of Armenia are women which means that we dont adequately involve the majority of the people in the country This means that we use our countrys incomplete potential for the development of the state which is just irrational and ineffective.In essence we have a new status service from April to April with the logic of government to make some changes. In time well analyze the results of this new method of government what problems it causes whether it causes it or not.
