E. Rosa Lemos Tavares Consul General of Portugal in Luanda in the presence of eminent dignitaries from both Portugal and Angola along with representatives of VFS Global. Applicants can submit their visa applications at the new Centre located at 1 Andar EDIFCIO INGOMBOTA sito na Rua Guilherme Pereira Ingls n 43 Distrito Urbano da Ingombota Municpio de Luanda from 7 March 2023.Commenting on the launch of the new Centre Mr. Hariprasad Viswanathan Head Sub Saharan Africa VFS Global said The relocation of our Centre to a more spacious and easily accessible facility is part of our commitment to maintaining excellence in service standards for the Consulate General of Portugal in Luanda since we commenced operations in 2016. Considering the close ties between both countries Portugal continues to be the main destination of Angolan nationals who plan to travel and the newlyopened Centre will effectively cater to the growing travel demand from Angola to visit Portugal.With longer operating hours the Centre will be open from 8 AM to 4 PM from Monday to Friday except on public holidays. Applicants can submit their Portugal visa applications between 8 AM and 3 PM while passports are available for collection between 8 AM to 4 PM.
