This Monday the 17th the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights begins to prepare the technicians at the consulates who will issue Identity Cards to citizens residing abroad.The process will be developed in the countries with the largest number of Angolans with emphasis on Portugal Brazil South Africa Namibia Zambia and the Democratic Republic of Congo. The opening ceremony for the training of consular technicians takes place at the Production Center for the Identity Card in Kilamba centrality to be chaired by the Minister of Justice and Human Rights Francisco Queiroz in the presence of the holder of Foreign Affairs Manuel Augusto.
