The Commander-General of GNR National Republican Guard Lieutenant-General Lus Miguel who is in Angola at the invitation of the National Police of Angola to participate in the festivities alluding to the 44th anniversary of the corporation visited in the middle of the afternoon of this Tuesday Friday 25 the Integrated Public Security Center of Angola assigned to the Ministry of Interior.During his visit the number one of the GNR accompanied by the 2nd commander-general of the National Police chief commissioner Antonio Maria Sita and some of the members of the consultative council of the Ministry of the Interior and the National Police toured the most varied compartments of that important public security monitoring facility.Upon entry the project coordinator Commissioner Carlos Albino director of Infrastructure and equipment at MININT began by welcoming and introducing the centers employee training center. Afterwards they went to the video surveillance room which contains vehicle identification cameras facial identification and control of cameras in critical installations airports hydroelectric dams among others. In the room for analysis and specialized treatment of images namely from the SIC the Police and other national security bodies the GNR commander was very satisfied.At the end of the visit the lieutenant-general stated that he was very pleased to go to Angola in response to the invitation of the Angolan police to exchange experiences together in the field of his portfolio. It should be noted that as part of its program the visit to the audiovisual production command and control center of the National Police as well as its participation in the central act that will take place in Cuando Cubango.
