Heads of State discuss security in CAR The President of the Republic Joo Loureno in his capacity as President-in-Office of the International Conference for the Great Lakes Region CIRGL took the initiative to promote in Luanda a mini-summit to discuss security issues related to the Central-Central Republic African. The high-level meeting will take place tomorrow Friday the 29th and will be attended by Angola Central African Republic Congo Rwanda Chad and Sudan. The presidents of these countries or their representatives are expected in the Angolan capital.
