The Ministry of Foreign Affairs reports that the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe OSCE has opened several places for the program for young professionals that will fill several vacancies for young graduates under 30 years of age. The program is open to all nationals of the 57 participating OSCE States.The program aims to give young people the opportunity to get to know the body in depth through an 18-month stay a first part of 9 months at the OSCE Secretariat in Vienna March to November 2022 and 9 more months on an OSCE field mission between December 2022 and August 2023. The selected young people will be able to choose in an order of preference from 1 to 3 the Department in the OSCE Secretariat where they want to do the internship.Candidates must have a university degree in economics finance accounting human resources environmental studies social or educational sciences international criminal law studies in terrorism studies in Asia or Eastern Europe or studies on conflict and peace. In addition graduates of recognized military and police academies are also eligible.Candidates must have a very advanced level of English oral and written fluency and ability to communicate clearly and concisely. Having knowledge of other OSCE languages and especially Russian is an added value.Finally young people who obtain one of the places will receive a salary of 1250 euros per month and 1000 euros per month when they are on a field mission. The OSCE covers the medical and travel expenses of the candidates in Vienna. However candidates will be responsible for covering accommodation expenses during the program.The application form CV and cover letter in English must be sent to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs olimpiatorres@govern.ad no later than 5 November.
