π Tender Overview
The Civil and Peace Law Courts worked voluntarily until midnight to expedite citizenship procedures and update the Integrated Judicial System (SIJ).In an unprecedented effort to optimize the justice service, the Civil Court and the Magistrates Court of the province of Ambo successfully developed an Extraordinary Judicial Day. The activity, of a strictly voluntary nature, lasted for 16 continuous hours last Friday, June 26, starting at 8:00 in the morning and ending at 12:00 at night.
This marathon work had the firm purpose of contributing to decongesting the high procedural burden that affects both jurisdictional bodies, accelerating the resolution of procedures for the direct benefit of both citizens.
To guarantee the efficiency of the deployment, the judicial team concentrated its efforts on three fundamental axes: Procedural discharge: Reduce the volume of files that were pending proceedings. Attention to documents: Reduce the backlog of documents entered by system users and Data honesty: Update the real status of the files within the Integrated Judicial System (SIJ), thus guaranteeing a reliable virtual platform and a transparent overview of the progress of each process.
The work deployment had the active and committed participation of eight judicial servants. The team of the Civil and Legal Peace Courts worked under the leadership of their respective judges Dr. Tania Estrada Salvador, judge of the Mixed Court and Dr. Monica Solis Bustamante, Legal Peace judge of Ambo.
With the results obtained on this day, the justice operators of the province reaffirmed their vocation for service and demonstrated that extraordinary initiatives are key to humanizing and streamlining the administration of justice.
