Already, 49,802 applicants have received financial assistance for the repair of housing damaged by the actions of the Russian occupiers. The total amount of payments is more than 5 billion hryvnias. Another 513 applicants were compensated and funds were transferred for payment in the total amount of 42.6 million hryvnias.
Information about 108,485 damaged and destroyed real estate objects in the territory of Kharkiv Region has already been entered into the State Register. 9,330 apartments and 7,952 private houses have already been restored in the region under the eRecovery program. We continue systematic work with the Government, relevant ministries and communities, so that residents of the region receive compensation in a timely manner, and all processes are as efficient as possible, said Oleg Sinegubov.
Within the framework of the Restoration program, 11,982 housing certificates for destroyed property for a total amount of over 16.1 billion hryvnias were issued in 45 territorial communities of the Kharkiv region. In addition, in 12 communities, the decision to provide monetary compensation for the construction of new housing was approved.
Owners of housing certificates have already purchased 6,092 real estate objects in Kharkiv region, including 5,106 apartments and 986 private houses. The total cost of the purchased housing exceeds 12 billion hryvnias, of which almost 10 billion hryvnias were paid for with housing certificates.
The majority of compensation recipients purchased housing in Kharkiv, Izyum, Balakliya, Chuguyiv and Dergachiv territorial communities. The rest of the housing was purchased in Kyiv, Poltava, Ivano-Frankivsk and other regions.
In total, more than 8,500 residential certificates issued for destroyed property in Kharkiv region have already been used. On the territory of all 56 communities of the region, commissions for considering issues of providing compensation for damaged and destroyed housing continue to work.
