The Bureau of the National Peoples Congress NPC convened on Sunday December 1 2019 under the chairmanship of President of the Assembly Slimane Chenine reviewed and transmitted five 05 bills to the standing and ad hoc committees for consideration. This is the draft law amending and supplementing the law 04-19 on the placement of workers and control of employment the draft law amending Law 01-13 of 7 August 2001 on the orientation and organization of land transport and a draft law laying down the missions the composition and organization of the National Council for Scientific Research and Technology. The meeting was also devoted to the examination of the draft law amending Law 15-21 of 30 December 2015 on the Orientation Law on Scientific Research and Technological Development in addition to the draft Law on Radiocommunications.The Bureau took note of the report of the Committee on Legal Administrative and Freedoms on the quality validation of the member of two new Members and examined the declaration of non-incompatibility with the parliamentary mandate of another Member. After considering the oral and written questions filed at its level the AFN Bureau decided to forward them to the Government as it fulfilled the legal requirements.Moreover the NPC has expressed its indignation and condemnation of the European Parliament resolution on the situation of freedoms in Algeria saying that this resolution is only outbidding and lies denoting an immense hatred and attempts to impose trusteeship over a country attached to its freedom and the sovereignty of its decisions.Said resolution revealed the hidden face and the plots that await our country with the complicity of certain parts of the interior. This kind of blatant interference in internal affairs only strengthens the internal front of our people and strengthens their determination to participate in the presidential election and make the democratic transition a reality to the best of their interests and their future.
