In connection with the implementation of the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 218 dated July 17, 2026, the Ministry of Science and Education announces a funding competition based on parent-state-private cooperation in the field of preschool education.
The main goal of the competition is to expand the scope of preschool education in the 2026/2027 school year by applying a financing model based on parent-state-private cooperation in the field of preschool education.
According to the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan On Licenses and Permits, private educational institutions licensed for preschool education have the right to participate in the competition as applicants.
The document acceptance of private preschool educational institutions that want to join the competition will be carried out through the website https://anket.edu.az/user/364 starting from August 5, 2026 and ending on August 20, 2026.

It should be noted that within the framework of the competition, 8,000 students in private preschool educational institutions will be financed during the 2026/2027 academic year.
