Dong Nai Provincial Peoples Committee urgently completes the appraisal of the basic design of the fuel pipeline and works under DATP 4 to soon deploy construction to ensure completion and synchronous exploitation in June 2026; In case of difficulties or problems arising, promptly report to the Ministry of Construction for support, guidance and resolution. Currently, the Investor is submitting for appraisal the construction design to be implemented after the basic design of the underground structural items of the administrative block and quarantine block of the International Health Quarantine Headquarters project at Long Thanh International Airport. Regarding the fuel pipeline system for aircraft from the upstream port to Long Thanh International Airport, the Provincial Peoples Committee has approved the project information and at the same time approved the selected investor in special cases for the fuel pipeline system for aircraft. Ships fly from the upstream port to Long Thanh International Airport. For the area drainage project outside Long Thanh airport (phase 1), the project has been assigned additional central budget capital by the Prime Minister in 2025. Dong Nai Provincial Peoples Committee has approved the owner.investment plan for two component projects.
