The damage to the bored piles as mentioned does not meet the technical requirements, posing a potential risk of unsafe exploitation. Phu Tho Provincial Police have decided to prosecute a criminal case. Violations of construction regulations causing serious consequences occurred at the Song Lo bridge project, during the period from 2010 to 2015, according to Clause 3, Article 298 of the Penal Code. Phu Tho Provincial Peoples Committee has directed to adjust the organization plan.
