The project involves the supply of high-precision Digital Insulation Resistance Testers (Meggers) designed for insulation testing up to 5 kV DC. These testers must be capable of measuring insulation resistance up to 1 TO or higher and include features such as Polarization Index (PI) and Dielectric Absorption Ratio (DAR) measurement functions. The equipment should have selectable test voltages, a large digital display, auto-discharge capabilities, data hold, auto power-off, and an internal memory for data logging. The supply includes three high-quality test leads, crocodile clips, a rechargeable battery, a charger, a calibration certificate, and a carrying bag.
