Construction of road from Kampa to Nalikupa road in the District of Boudh under MMSY CUVDA for the year 2024-25, Construction of road from Kampa to Nalikumpa road in the District of Boudh under MMSY - CUVDA for the year 2024-25, White washing two coats on parapet walls and tree trunks including preparation of surface by cleaning scraping etc. as per MORD technical specifications Clause 1915 as per direction of the Engineer in charge, Triming of grass and weeds from the shoulder/berms and disposal the same to suitable location as per technical specification Clause 1914 of MORD as per direction of the Engineer in charge 1st year, Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes, Construction of Un-reinforced,dowel jointed M-30 Grade cement concrete pavement by semi-mechanized method over a prepared sub-base with 43 grade cement @ 350 kg /cum coarse and fine aggregate confirming to IS:383,maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm,mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design,transported to site,laid with a fixed form or slip form paver,spread,compacted and finished in a continous operation etc , curing compound ,finishing to lines and grades as per drawing and as per clause 602 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th. Revision) (Taking output = 75 Cum), 5th Year, Providing and laying of Filter media with stone crushed aggregates of 45 mm size satisfying the requirements laid down in clause 2504.2.2. of MoRTH specifications to a thickness of not less than 600 mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and provided wall and return wall to the full height compacted to a over the entire surface behind abutment , wing firm condition complete as per drawing and Technical Specification, Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement as per MORD technical Specification Clause 301 and direction of the Engineer in Charge (excluding cost of excavation and transportation to site), Cutting of branches of trees from the road way or with in R.O.W including disposal of wood and leaves to suitable location as per technical specification Clause 1914 of MORD as per direction of the Engineer in charge. 1st year, P.C.C. grade M 20 Nominal mix(1:2:4)in drain bed as per drawing & technical specification including cost of all materials labour T&P etc complete, Providing and fixing of typical TRIP informatory sign board with Logo as per MORD specifications and drawing. Three MS Plates of 1.6 mm thick, top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mm x 5m size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5mm. The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 nos. 75mm x 75 mm of 12 SWG sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 450mm x 450mm x 600mm, 600mm below ground level. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing Clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.1 of MoRD and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge, 800 mm X 600 mm rectangular, Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other sturcture comprising of masonry, cement concrete wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking the serviceable materials with all lifts and lead of 1000m as per Technical Specification Clause 202, Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant , carriage of mix material by tipper to site,laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base or base course on well prepared surface and compacting with Vibratory roller to achive the desired density as per Clause 406 of MoSRT&H specifications for Road and Bridge works, Providing and fixing of semi reflective cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign board as per IRC:67 made of 1.5 mm thick MS Sheet duly stove white colour in front and gray colour on back with red reflective border of 65 mm width and required letters and figures with reflective tape engineering grade as per Clause 1701.3.9 of MORD for Rural Roads of required shade and colour supported and welded on 47mm x 47 mm x 12 SWG sheet tube firmly fixed to the ground by mean of properly designed foundations with M-15 grade cement concrete 450x450x600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per approved drawing Clause 1700, 300 & 800 of MoRD and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 900 mm equilateral triangle, iii) 200 mm stone, Cutting in disintegrated rock not requiring blasting to be removed by pick axes and crow bars and depositing materials within 50m initial lead and 1.5m initial lift including rough dressing as per direction and specification of the department including stacking the useful materials separetly as ordered, Sub-structure, Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion distributor @ 0.20kg/sqm on the prepared surface cleaned with mechanical brooms as per clause 503 of MOSRT & H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th.Revision) [Output-3500 sqm], Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete NP3 SINGLE Row pipe for culverts jointing with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete and masonry works in head walls and parapets as per Clause 1100 of MoRD & as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 600MM DIA, Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement (Fe 415) complete as per drawings and MORD technical specification Clauses 1000,1200 as per direction of the Engineer in charge, Repair to pot holes and removal of loose material, trimming of sides, cleaning of surface by providing tack coat, 20 mm thick pre-mix carpet and seal coat type C as per MORD technical specification Clause 503,508,510,1904 as per direction of the Engineer in charge. 1st Year, Stripping excess soil from the shoulder surface to achieve the approved level and compacting with plate compactor at OMC as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 1903. 1st year, 4th Year, Super-structure, Providing and laying boulder appron for bed protection & pitching on slopes with stone boulders of minimum size and weight as per Table 1300.1, no fragment weighing less than 25 kg laid dry complete as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 1301 & 1302, Cutting of shurb from the road way or with in R.O.W including disposal of wood and leaves to suitable location as per technical specification Clause 1914 of MORD as per direction of the Engineer in charge. 1st Year, Making up loss of material/irregularities on shoulders to the design level by adding fresh approved selected soil and compacting it with appropriate equipment at OMC upto a lead of 1000 m as per MORD technical specification Clause 1903 as per direction of the Engineer in charge, Maintenance and repair of RCC railing to bring it to the original shape cleaning and repainting as per drawings and technical specification clause 1911 as per direction of Engineer in Charge. 1st Year, Fine dressing and turfing including transportation by mechanical means with all lead and lift an
