Competition Name: Well Site Subsurface Contamination Audits (Phase II ESA) Competition Type: RFP Agreement Type: Agreement on Internal Trade Public Opening: No Synopsis: The Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks to procure professional firms’ to provide the Scope of Work herein in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in the RFP. The successful suppliers will conduct subsurface contamination audits (Phase II Environmental Site Assessments) on approximately 20 or more specified well sites annually for a period of three years and provide detailed reports describing the condition of the sites that have been previously been approved for Acknowledgment of Reclamation (AOR). Additional Information: As a result of this competition, the Ministry of the Economy, which provides administration to the Minister Responsible for Energy and Resources, intends to select a maximum of five qualified suppliers that have the ability conduct Phase II ESAs and to service the entire Province of Saskatchewan. Each successful supplier will be provided with an opportunity to quote on each multi-well Work Order (five or more wells).
