The Waterworks System Assessment for the Buffalo Pound Water Treatment Plant shall review and report on the facilities under the control of the Buffalo Pound Water Administration Board. The treated water transmission facilities are the responsibility of the individual cities or other customers and are beyond the scope of this project.
