Replacement of five (5) air handling units in selected plant process areas. Installation of mechanical cooling in three (3) process area electrical rooms. Control component replacement on two (2) air handling units. Related civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical and controls work. Additional Information: STARTING DATE: October 01, 2016 COMPLETION DATE: June 30, 2017 A tender contained in a sealed envelope and plainly marked Tender No. 16-0404 will be received up to 2:00 p.m. Saskatchewan Time, Thursday, September 08, 2016, for the work described. The standard specifications and drawings required for this contract and referenced within the Contract Index are available on the City of Saskatoon’s Internet web site at http://www.saskatoon.ca (Business & Development/Development Regulations/ Specifications & Standards/Specifications). It shall be the responsibility of each bidder to obtain the required specifications and/or drawings from the web site and consider such prior to submitting a bid. A Site Visit for all interested bidders will be held on site at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 24, 2016 at the Wastewater Treatment Plant, 470 Whiteswan Drive, Saskatoon, SK. Questions pertaining to this project will be answered at this meeting and addressed in addendums if necessary. Attendance is not mandatory but strongly requested due to the location of this project.
