Competition Name: Student Residences Communication Package Competition Type: RFP Agreement Type: NWPTA Public Opening: No Synopsis: The University of Saskatchewan, as represented by Enterprise Procurement, is requesting Proposals for the provision of a communication package, including wireless internet, wired internet service, basic cable television service with a designated information channel, landline telephone services and if required all labour and materials to wire the buildings to receive the communication services for the Student Residence Facilities in accordance with the specifications and conditions stated in the Request for Proposal documents. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on August 19, 2020, 3:00 p.m. Local Saskatchewan Time. Due to COVID-19 and the associated restrictions, an in-person meeting is not currently possible. In its place, USask will provide a pre-proposal meeting via WebEx. This meeting is mandatory for all Proponents who will be submitting a Proposal.
