Competition Name: Software Acquisition and Implementation Services Competition Type: ACA Agreement Type: Agreement on Internal Trade Public Opening: No Synopsis: It is the intention of the Government of Saskatchewan (GoS), Ministry of Finance to contract with Kofax, Inc, of Irvine California, USA, to implement an electronic forms solution which will convert data entered and electronically submitted through a webform, using the Kofax Capture Import Connector- Folder software, into the existing accounts payable processing workflow. The solution will require the purchase of the required software and entry into a 6-month agreement with Kofax for the implementation of the solution, with an option to extend for 6 months. The ministry requires a solution that allows GoS employee end-users to directly enter requests for payment to third parties (cheque requests) into GoS’s accounts payable system. This solution must integrate with GoS’s installation of the Oracle e-Business suite and Kofax Markview. It must also leverage the existing custom invoice approval hierarchy and workflow. Kofax will work with one of its certified partners to develop the solution. The required webform software will be purchased directly from this certified partner.
