Competition Name: SalesLogix Application Support Competition Type: RFP Agreement Type: Agreement on Internal Trade Public Opening: No Synopsis: The Ministry of Central Services (the Ministry), on behalf of the Government of Saskatchewan (GoS) requires qualified IT Service Providers to provide part-time application support and consulting services for the Saleslogix Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) hosted in the GoS datacentre. The work engagements will be initiated through the Ministry of Central Services, Information Technology Division (ITD). The application support services include, but may not be limited to: • Supporting current CRM instances. • Configuring/maintaining/enhancing existing or new instances. • Assisting with the creation of and maintaining processes to load database information into required repositories. • Performance of software upgrades and updates. Service Providers are invited to submit proposals for the provision of the required services in accordance with the terms, conditions and proposal response format as specified in this competition.
