The intention of the debriefing is to aid the Bidder by identifying areas of improvement that may be applied to subsequent procurement opportunities. As part of the transition to the future state of government procurement, MHI is moving towards the elimination of the production and delivery of printed construction contract books to MHI staff, contractors and consultants. As of July 15, 2019, MHI will only provide electronic versions (pdf) of contract documents. To assist users in the transition, MHI will produce a printed copy of the contract documents if a written request is sent to MHIProjectControl@gov.sk.ca. Contract documents requested by this process will be produced as quickly as capacity permits.
