The duration of any resulting contractual agreement(s) will be for a maximum of 12 months from contract commencement date. Additional Information: FAQs for SAMA15-002 Project Management services: Q: The tender states it will be from October, 2015 to July, 2016. This makes it 10 months contract instead of 1 year. Please confirm is the initial contract for 10 months or 1 year contract? A: The assignment is a 12 month assignment Q: Please confirm the assignment is a maximum of 3 days per week engagement including onsite? And remote work if needed? A: The assignment will be a maximum of 3 days per week. Q: If the resource is located out-of-town (not residing in Regina) will there will be travel expenses included in the all inclusive rate. Are we to assume 3 days on site at Regina to cover travel and accommodation expense for maximum of 3 days? A: The assignment is for 3 days per week at SAMA’s central office which is located at 2201 11th Avenue, Regina SK. Q: Will SAMA provide a workstation and any tools (i.e. Microsoft Project, etc.)? Or will you require the company/individual providing the PM services provide these items? A: SAMA will supply an office for the PM, and a laptop with appropriate software including Microsoft Project. If the individual is not required to provide their own equipment/software for the position.
