Competition Name: Provision of Flight Operations support Competition Type: ACA Agreement Type: Not Applicable Public Opening: No Synopsis: The Government of Saskatchewan, Ministry of Environment intends to enter into an agreement with GS Aviation Consulting Inc. from July 01, 2014 until March 31, 2017 to provide on-going support to our flight operations, on an as-needed basis. The Ministry of Environment has worked with GS Aviation Consulting Inc. in the past to develop Standard Operating Procedures, Company Operations Manual, and deal with regulatory issues. GS Aviation Consulting Inc. have a thorough understanding of our needs, know our business and have developed our operations manuals therefore are in the best position to provide on-going support to our operation.
