Competition Name: Microsoft Software Licensing Solution Provider Competition Type: RFP Agreement Type: NWPTA Public Opening: No Synopsis: Sealed proposals marked COR2676 - Microsoft Software Licensing Solution Provider will be received by the City of Regina, City Hall, Main Floor, Ambassadors Desk or 5th Floor, Purchasing Branch, 2476 Victoria Avenue, P.O. Box 1790, Regina, Saskatchewan, S4P 3C8, no later than 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, on September 8, 2015 The Request for Proposal describes a requirement for a qualified, experienced Licensing Solutions Provider (LSP) for Microsoft software purchases. The City’s primary objectives for this project are: Leverage the experience of the LSP to assist the City regarding licensing methods. Liaison with the LSP to obtain advice and/or recommendations on how the City can acquire the best value out of our Microsoft software purchases. Position the City to understand and be aware of changes in Microsoft licensing programs. Minimize any impact to the City resulting from late notification of the true-up and renewal process related to its Direct Enterprise Agreement with Microsoft. There will not be a public opening however the list of firm names who submitted a proposal will be posted to the SaskTenders website.
