Competition Name: Lease and Operation of a Pro-Shop at the Regina Sportplex Competition Type: RFP Agreement Type: NWPTA Public Opening: No Synopsis: Sealed proposals marked COR2655 - Lease and Operation of a Pro-Shop at the Regina Sportplex will be received by the City of Regina, City Hall, Main Floor, Ambassadors Desk or 5th Floor, Purchasing Branch, 2476 Victoria Avenue, P.O. Box 1790, Regina, Saskatchewan, S4P 3C8, no later than 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, on May 5, 2015. The Request for Proposal describes a requirement for entities qualified and experienced in lease and operation of a “pro-shop” at the Regina Sportplex. On April 23, 2015, at 1:30 p.m., a pre-submission meeting will be held at Regina Sportplex, 1717 Elphinstone Street, Regina, SK for the purpose of answering questions from prospective proponents. Proponents will gather in the food court outside Tracks Café to begin the meeting. There will not be a public opening however the list of firm names who submitted a proposal will be posted to the Sasktenders website.
