Competition Name: GSSD Head Office Audio Visual Renovation Competition Type: RFQ Agreement Type: NWPTA Public Opening: No Synopsis: Good Spirit School Division (GSSD) is requesting quotations for the following audio/visual project: GSSD is renovating the second half of their current building. The renovation not only provides additional office space but also meeting and conference spaces. The purpose of the audiovisual project is to provide an audiovisual and conferencing system for each space that provides the ability to present, video conference and teleconference. The purpose of those activities can be for external and internal workflow, as well as training and collaboration of its employees. The total space of the project includes the three additional rooms that will be built during the renovation. They are the Conference Room (153), Meeting Room 1, (150) and Meeting Room 2 (241). Emailed quotations for of the above-noted project will be received up to 2:00 p.m., CST, THURSDAY, February 25, 2021. Emailed quoations shall be addressed to patrick.morrison@gssd.ca Hand delivered quotations will be received by the receptionist up to 2:00 p.m., CST, THURSDAY, February 25, 2021 at GSSD Head Office located at 5B Schrader Drive, Highway 9 North,Yorkton, SK, Canada. Quotations shall be delivered in a sealed envelope stating Project: GSSD831 Attn: Patrick Morrison. The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
