SRC requires a high level of responsiveness and quality Proposals that enables selection of a Successful Proponent with a proven track record of completing projects within scope, on time, and on budget. The purpose of this RFP is to identify Proponents able to meet SRC’s requirements in an economical and timely manner, and to identify a Proponent with whom the proposed initial Agreement can be executed.
