Interested bidders may obtain tender documents, after 3:00 p.m. C.S.T., Wednesday, January 29, 2014, at Purchasing Services. The standard specifications and drawings required for this contract and referenced within the Contract Index are available on the City of Saskatoon’s Internet web site at http://www.saskatoon.ca Under the “Find City Services” menu, click on the Letter “S”. Scroll down and click on the title “Specifications & Drawings Construction Services”. It shall be the responsibility of each bidder to obtain the required standard specifications and/or drawings from the web site and consider such prior to submitting a bid. To ensure consideration, all tenders shall be accompanied by the following: a) A bid deposit by Bid Bond for ten (10) percent of the gross tender amount. b) A Consent of Surety to furnish a Contract Performance Bond and Labour and Materials Bond each for fifty (50) percent of the gross tender amount.
