It shall be the responsibility of each bidder to obtain the required specifications and/or drawings from the web site and consider such prior to submitting a bid. To ensure consideration, all tenders shall be accompanied by the following: A bid deposit by Bid Bond for ten (10) percent of the gross tender amount.
