Competition Name: CONSULTING SERVICES TO FACILITATE A CONTRACT AND CONTRACT MANAGEMENT REVIEW PROCESS Competition Type: RFP Agreement Type: Agreement on Internal Trade Public Opening: No Synopsis: The Government of Saskatchewan is seeking proposals for the provision of consulting services, on an as and when required basis, to conduct reviews of existing contract arrangements and contract management practices within government. It is expected that a wide variety of arrangements will be reviewed and it is likely that this will include administrative, service delivery and technical agreements. Up to two (2) consulting firms will be selected to participate in this review process. Once contract management arrangements are in place one of the successful suppliers may be chosen to conduct a review or both may be asked to provide a proposal. The review will help government determine if it is receiving good value through it’s existing processes. As warranted, the consultant may be asked to provide recommendations to help move government’s contracting to a more results and partnership based approach. Additional Information: The effectiveness review process will cover such items as, but not limited to, within the current contract arrangement is government getting good value, would government be better served by moving to a more results oriented or partnership based contracting approach.
