Contract awarded for Voluntary transparency prior to the delivery of on-premise software for the social domain lot-0000, title: voluntary transparency prior to the delivery of on-premise software for the social domain, description: the municipality intends to award this contract to centric netherlands b.v. without a prior tendering procedure. in the context of this intended award, the municipality of zaanstad is making an ex ante announcement as referred to in article 4.16 of the public procurement act 2012. the municipality considers it efficient and proportional to continue the current service from january 1, 2028, to december 31, 2030. this period will be used as a temporary bridging phase in which the municipality will prepare for a future european tender for a saas solution within the social domain. the intention is to start this preparation in the course of 2028. see attachment. the municipality has been using the software suites4social domain for a long time to carry out statutory tasks within the social domain. the software is an essential part of the primary operations and supports various business processes and data flows. within the existing situation, there is a significant technical and organizational intertwining of the software with processes, connections, data structures, and work agreements. additionally, the current software provision is part of a collaborative structure with surrounding municipalities. the future configuration of this collaboration is currently still subject to further consideration. see attachment. estimated value excluding vat: 1.00 eur.Voluntary transparency prior to the delivery of on-premise software for the social domain
