Contract Awarded for Updraft The target group of the offer is long-term unemployed benefit recipients who require intensive support in various areas of life. the offer is divided into two phases: 1: conducting a biological/psychological assessment and 2: conducting health and placement coaching based on a work plan created in phase 1. in phase 2, the participant is to be best supported in finding an appropriate job with an employer in the primary labor market. furthermore, the coaching may include comprehensive stabilizing elements.
