Contract awarded for Technical assistance to the client lot-0001, title: technical assistance to the client, description: the subject of the performance of public contracts awarded in the established dns will be the provision of technical assistance services to the client (hereinafter referred to as "tpo") for non-investment maintenance work and repairs of entrusted property, with an estimated value of individual construction works for one planned action usually up to 10 million czk excluding vat. these can also be awarded as a set of planned works for a given period. the definition of tpo and the complete scope of activities is contained in the directive of the general director of the rsd sgr 4/2019 in its valid wording, or in the internal regulation replacing this sgr (10-s-18.4 implementation of maintenance work and repairs of road communications). a larger part of the controlled works will consist of construction works carried out according to the contractual conditions for smaller-scale constructions (green book fidic). the contracting authority may also use tpo to control the execution of services, such as cleaning gutters, cleaning, etc. the performance will include all services related to the execution of tpo, such as the preparation and processing of materials and documents, communication with the contractor of the controlled works on behalf of the client, evaluation of final reports, assessment of technological regulations and other documents, etc. however, this does not involve the activity of construction supervision according to act no. 283/2021 coll., the building act. the specification of specific planned activities will always be clarified within the individual calls for tenders. estimated value excluding vat: 130900.00 czk.Technical assistance to the client
