Contract awarded for The subject of the order is the provision of comprehensive service services for 5 pieces of equipment used for monitoring the operation of minerals called: measurement system - autonomous recording and measuring unit, hereinafter referred to as 'azrp devices'. lot-0001, title: the subject of the order is the provision of comprehensive service services for 5 pieces of equipment used for monitoring the exploitation of minerals called: measurement system - autonomous recording and measuring unit, hereinafter referred to as "azrp devices". description: the contractor is obliged to: perform inspections, maintenance, and calibration of azrp devices; maintain service readiness; install and dismantle azrp devices, including the transport of azrp devices; carry out repairs of azrp devices, according to the principles specified in the procurement documentation, available at https://wug.ezamawiajacy.pl/pn/wug/demand/304851/notice/public/details. a detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in annex no. 2 and the draft provisions of the contract constituting annex no. 3 to the specification of terms of order, hereinafter referred to as "swz". the order will be executed for the period: from 01.10.2026 to 30.09.2028, however, not longer than until the total maximum gross remuneration specified in the contract is exhausted. if the contract is concluded after the deadline indicated as the beginning of the execution period of the order, the execution period of the order will cover a period of 24 months, counting from the date of conclusion of the contract, however, not longer than until the total maximum gross remuneration specified in the contract is exhausted. the contractor or subcontractor is obliged to employ, based on an employment relationship, in accordance with article 22 § 1 of the act of june 26, 1974 - labor code, persons who, as part of the subject of the order, perform activities consisting of: 1) making necessary changes in the location of the azrp device on the premises of the mining plant where the device is installed, 2) dismantling and transporting the azrp device from the indicated mining plant and transporting and installing the device in another mining plant indicated by the ordering party, 3) dismantling and transporting the azrp device from the mining plant and delivering it to the ordering party's headquarters and transporting the azrp device from the ordering party's headquarters to the mining plant indicated by the ordering party and its installation in the mining plant, 4) dismantling and transporting the azrp device from the mining plant to the contractor's headquarters for the purpose of performing inspection, maintenance, calibration, and if necessary, its repair, and after performing these activities, transporting the azrp device to the indicated mining plant and its installation in the underground mining plant, 5) inspecting, maintaining, calibrating azrp devices, 6) repairing azrp devices, 7) removing failures of azrp devices. detailed conditions under which the contract for the public procurement will be concluded are specified in the aforementioned draft provisions of the contract. the ordering party anticipates the possibility of changing the concluded contract in relation to the content of the selected offer in the scope regulated in articles 454-455 of the pzp act and in the scope indicated in the draft provisions of the contract. the ordering party requires that the contractor throughout the entire period of execution of the order has civil liability insurance in the scope of activities related to the subject of the order, with an insurance sum of no less than 1,000,000.00 pln. according to article 13(1) and (2) and article 14(1) and (2) of the regulation of the european parliament and council (eu) 2016/679 of april 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing directive 95/46/ec (general data protection regulation) (oj eu l of 2016 no. 119, p. 1 as amended), hereinafter referred to as "gdpr", i inform you that the administrator of personal data is the president of the higher mining office, 40-055 katowice, ul. poniatowskiego 3. the information clause on the method of processing personal data constitutes annex no. 1 to the swz. estimated value excluding vat: 1014768.00 pln.The subject of the order is the provision of comprehensive service services for 5 pieces of equipment used for monitoring the operation of minerals called: measurement system - autonomous recording and measuring unit, hereinafter referred to as 'azrp devices'.
