Contract awarded for Specialist planning services for technical equipment lot-0000, title: specialist planning services for technical equipment, description: specialist planning services for technical equipment according to § 55 hoai for the energetic renovation and qualification of the bürgerhaus altglienicke site are to be awarded. the services include a target planning for the old building in the sense of a feasibility study/needs assessment in accordance with service phase 1. here, the possibilities are 1.) an energetic building renovation, with innovative facade design, to be presented as an economic feasibility study according to the methodology of a cost-benefit analysis or to participate in its preparation, as well as 2.) the qualification of the interiors, through flexible room usage options and design with fixed built-in furniture, to be examined and various variants to be developed and compared as an economic feasibility study according to the methodology of a cost-benefit analysis, each including a rough cost estimate, or to participate in their preparation. based on the determined preferred variant, the further project scope will then be coordinated and decided immediately between the funding provider, the users, and the client representation. the aim is to achieve in the facility groups 1-5, the service phases 1-3 and 5-8, optionally entirely or partially with step-by-step commissioning, possibly with a reduced scope of services. there is no legal entitlement to the commissioning. should the budgetary framework conditions change, the service profile must be adjusted accordingly. planning is to begin immediately after the award of the contract (planned for 07/2026). the construction planning documents (bpu) are to be available by 01/2027. the completion of the construction execution must be completed by 31.12.2028 in accordance with funding guidelines. estimated value excluding vat: 124935.34 eur.Specialist planning services for technical equipment
