Contract awarded for Software for geological research lot-0004, title: software for analyzing logging data of deep wells, description: the subject of procurement is a ready-made software solution (eng. commercial off-the-shelf - cots) or a software package for analyzing logging data of deep wells. the software should enable the interpretation and integration of logging data from deep wells, input of data in various formats (e.g., las). additionally, the software must allow for editing of logging diagrams, calculation of porosity, water saturation, and volume of shale/clay. the license must be network-based (network licensing system) and must include a permanent license for at least one user via a usb key or network license. the software must be compatible with software for deep geological analysis of the underground and allow operation in an interface compatible with windows operating systems (versions 7–11). the software is delivered in electronic form, i.e., online by sending a link for downloading the software package and installation key (depending on what is applicable) to the email address of the client's representative. installation must be accompanied by documentation with a description and instructions for use in english or croatian. the subject of procurement is delivered with the corresponding user manual and all accompanying original technical documentation from the manufacturer or authorized representative in croatian or english and in latin script, which contains instructions for installation, handling, and maintenance. successful delivery is a condition for issuing and paying the invoice. the selected bidder commits to providing the client with user support for a minimum of 1 year after delivery. user support includes assistance with downloading and (re)installing the program via phone or email, technical support for all parts of the software, as well as corrections of errors and defects in the software, and new software updates throughout the entire period of user support. the selected bidder is obliged to provide contact information for user support personnel when signing the contract. the client scores the extended duration of user support within the enp criteria. the contract is considered fulfilled upon the expiration of the user support period. estimated value excluding vat: 20000.00 eur.Software for geological research
