Contract awarded for Setting up dek-1518 it equipment supply. lot-0001, title: dek-1627 26 pieces of 3mp color diagnostic monitor, description: purchase agreement for 26 pieces of the same type of 3mp color diagnostic monitor for the clinical center of the university of debrecen, medical imaging clinic. the technical requirements for the devices to be procured are as follows: - screen diagonal size: minimum 21.3” - aspect ratio: 3:4 - resolution: minimum 1536x2048 pixels, 3 megapixels - pixel distance: maximum 0.2115 mm the further quality and functional requirements of the devices to be purchased under the purchase agreement are detailed in the technical description that is part of the procurement documentation. the bid price must include all costs related to import, handover, authorization, market introduction, and delivery. the procurement also includes delivery to the user unit. according to section 46 (3) of government decree 321/2015 (x. 30.), if the documentation (procurement technical description) refers to a specified standard, technical authorization, technical specifications, technical recommendations, or to a brand, origin, or type of item, procedure, activity, person, patent, or trademark, the designation is made solely for the clear identification of the nature of the subject, and the expression "or equivalent" must also be understood alongside the designation, based on which the contracting authority is obliged to accept an equivalent or a solution better than those recorded in the documentation. the bidder - if they wish to propose an equivalent device, solution, etc. instead of the referenced technical content in their bid - is obliged to submit documents to substantiate the equivalence in their professional offer. the contracting authority draws the attention of bidders to the fact that the document substantiating equivalence may be particularly (but not exclusively) technical documentation from the manufacturer or a certification from an independent, professionally recognized organization. payment terms: the contracting authority does not pay an advance. the bidder is entitled to issue an invoice based on performance certification. the contracting authority will settle the invoice issued by the bidder within 60 days of receipt by transferring it to the bidder's bank account. the purchase price will be settled in hungarian forints (huf). the settlement of the invoice will be governed by the provisions of section 135 (1), (5), and (6) of the kbt., sections 6:130 (1)-(2) of the civil code, section 9/a (a) of act lxxxiii of 1997 on mandatory health insurance benefits, and the conditions stipulated in the contract. the winning bidder may submit an electronic invoice that complies with the european standard en 16931-1:2017 and the syntax list published by the european commission in the official journal of the european union for this standard. the currency for bidding, accounting, transfer, and payment is forint (huf). detailed conditions are in the draft contract. conditions for the performance of the contract: - delay penalty: the rate is 1%/day, based on the net purchase price of the goods affected by the delay in performance. - defective performance penalty: the rate is 5%, based on the net purchase price of the goods affected by defective performance. - failure penalty: the rate is 20%, based on the net purchase price of the goods affected by the failure. the provisions of section 6:155 of the civil code apply to late interest. detailed conditions are included in the draft contract. estimated value excluding vat: 24387480.00 huf.Setting up dek-1518 it equipment supply.
