lot-0001, title: "selection of a contractor for the operation of passenger flights from burgas airport to sofia airport and back", description: the aviation operator must have the right to operate regular passenger flights within the territory of the republic of bulgaria, under the conditions and procedures of regulation (eu) no. 965/2012 of the commission of october 5, 2012, establishing technical requirements and administrative procedures related to air operations in accordance with regulation (ec) no. 216/2008 of the european parliament and of the council (regulation 965/2012). the flights will be operated within the territory of the republic of bulgaria, namely from burgas airport to sofia airport and back – from sofia airport to burgas airport. three (3) flights will be operated per week.
