Contract awarded for Security tasks in the building of budai vigadó lot-0001, title: security tasks in the budai vigadó building, description: regular guarding of properties and movable assets related to the client's operations, as well as the provision of occasional asset protection services based on the client's orders - particularly aimed at ensuring the client's events. the contractor undertakes to perform asset protection activities aimed at guarding properties and movable assets, ensuring events, and organizing and managing these activities in accordance with the provisions of act cxxxiii of 2005 on personal and property protection and private investigation (hereinafter: szvmt.) § 1 (2) points b), d), and e). a/ regular security tasks aa) with a daily 24-hour constant presence of 1 security guard (primary duty station: the school street gate of the budai vigadó building) between 07:00 – 07:00 every day, ab) with a daily 8-hour presence of 1 security guard patrol from tuesday to sunday between 10:00 – 18:00, ac) with a daily 8-hour presence of 1 security guard receptionist from tuesday to sunday between 10:00 – 18:00 (primary duty station: the main entrance gate of the budai vigadó building). b/ occasional security tasks ba) on weekdays and saturdays between 18:00 and 04:00 the next day, for a duration specified in individual orders, according to schedule and staffing with security guard patrol and/or security guard receptionist, bb) on sundays and public holidays for a duration specified in individual orders, according to schedule and staffing with security guard patrol and/or security guard receptionist, bc) up to 3 times a year in budapest for external programs of the house of traditions for a minimum duration of 4 hours, within the timeframes specified in point 2.2.a/ab) of this contract, providing 2 security guards per occasion. estimated value excluding vat: 169965810.00 huf.Security tasks in the building of budai vigadó
