Contract awarded for Sectoral identity provider (idp) - offer phase lot-0001, title: sectoral identity provider (idp) - offer phase, description: the tasks of the contractor essentially include the following services: - implementation of the requirements and specifications of gematik for the sectoral identity provider - provision and operation of the sectoral identity provider (idp backend, vau, authenticator module, and associated systems and interfaces) - provision of the idp frontend (whitelabel application) - provision of the epa desktop fdv including authenticator module - provision of all components in the following environments: pu, tu, ru, ru dev - provision of the authenticator module (sdk(s) for mobile applications) on demand - support services on demand the contractor must provide the sectoral idp, the idp frontend, the authenticator module for the mobile fdv (on demand), and the epa desktop fdv including the authenticator module in a timely manner according to the schedule and extensively tested in accordance with the applicable gematik specifications. for the idp: the contractor must provide the product sectoral identity provider according to the current gematik specifications and demonstrate the corresponding approvals: - product type sectoral identity provider in product type version 3.2.0-0 v1.0.0 or higher - provider type sectoral identity provider in provider type version 1.8.0 v1.0.0 or higher there are relevant use cases for the sectoral idp that must be implemented by the contractor in addition to the use cases defined by gematik: provision of a white label app for the idp frontend platform support and publication identification methods coupling with services outside the federation verification identities two-device flow functionalities outside the sectoral idp specification backend communication on demand: provision of a headless sdk for integration into a mobile application of the tk for epa desktop fdv: the contractor must provide the product sectoral identity provider according to the current gematik specifications and demonstrate the corresponding approvals: - product type epa frontend of the insured in product type version 3.1.3-2 v1.0.0 or higher furthermore, there are requirements from the tk: provision of a white label application for the epa desktop fdv: the epa desktop fdv will be provided by the contractor as a customized white label application. the basic requirements arise from the gematik specifications. the availability requirements are based on the currently valid requirements of gematik. maintenance and servicing work must be carried out according to the requirements of gematik. all coordination obligations that the contractor has with gematik must also be conducted with the tk. all co-determination rights of gematik also apply to the tk. in principle, all publications of the sectoral idp and the epa desktop fdv are organized in a joint delivery plan (also referred to as a release plan). delivery times refer to a product under all the operating systems specified above. this includes, among other things, the binding deadlines for backend deployments in the various environments (ru dev, ru, tu, and pu). the tk agrees with the contractor on this delivery plan by mutual consent. the contract is generally for an indefinite period. the performance begins with the award of the contract. estimated value excluding vat: none .Sectoral identity provider (idp) - offer phase
