Contract awarded for Road marking works executed in a thick layer - plastic products applied cold, necessary for national interest roads - highways, express roads, international roads 'e', main national roads, secondary national roads managed by cnair sa lot 1 drdp buc, lot 2 drdp cv, lot 3 drdp tm, lot 4 drdp cj, lot 5 drdp bv, lot 6 drdp iasi, lot 7 drdp cta, lot 8 drdp buzau lot-0004, title: road marking works executed in thick layer - cold applied plastic products necessary for national interest roads - highways, express roads, international roads "e", main national roads, secondary national roads managed by c.n.a.i.r. s.a. lot 4 drdp cluj, description: the subject of the framework agreement represents road marking works executed in thick layer - cold applied plastic products necessary for national interest roads - highways, express roads, international roads "e", main national roads, secondary national roads managed by c.n.a.i.r. - s.a. lot 4 - d.r.d.p. cluj, in accordance with the provisions of the specifications and the legislation in the field. in accordance with the contractual provisions, any changes that may occur during the execution period of the framework agreement/subsequent contract refer to the following, without being limited to these: i. the parties of the framework agreement/subsequent contract: 1) in terms of changing the name, the form of the company, which do not lead to the creation of a new legal entity; 2) when the contractor is replaced by a new contractor, in the situation where the rights and obligations of the initial contractor, resulting from the framework agreement, are taken over, as a result of a universal succession or universal title within a reorganization process, including through merger, division, acquisition or insolvency, by another economic operator who meets the qualification and selection criteria initially established, provided that this change does not imply other substantial changes to the public procurement contract and is not made with the purpose of evading the application of the awarding procedures provided by the public procurement law no. 98/2016; ii. modification of the annexes of the framework agreement, which include the quantities of works to be executed: in objective cases, when there are no framework agreements concluded at the level of lots, respectively regional directorates of roads and bridges, due to the non-completion/cancellation of awarding procedures or the termination of the framework agreement, c.n.a.i.r. s.a. - central may decide that the execution of road marking works on the lot(s) without ongoing framework agreements should be executed based on the ongoing framework agreement at the level of the regional directorate of roads and bridges closest to the location where the road marking works are desired to be executed. the contractor, at the request of the purchaser, will travel and execute the necessary road marking works, within the limits of the allocated budgets and the quantities remaining to be executed based on the ongoing framework agreements from other drdps. thus, a sum will be anticipated within the financial offer, representing 8% of the value of the framework agreement, for the transport of the execution teams for the markings to the location established by mutual agreement with the purchaser. for the reimbursement of transport, the number of km traveled, the number of machines, the quantity of fuel consumed will be taken into account, and the calculations will be presented prior to the trip for the issuance of the agreement by the drdp that has the ongoing framework agreement, and the amounts being reimbursed by the regional office that has the ongoing framework agreement. the confirmation of the executed marking works will be made by the drdp in the area where the road markings are executed. iii. technical changes: in the case of possible replacements of road marking products that do not meet the specifications and quality requirements provided in the awarding documentation;
