Contract awarded for Rigid endoscopy tower equipment and optics, as well as related accessories for neurosurgery lot-0000, title: rigid endoscopy tower devices and optics as well as related accessories for neurosurgery, description: the procurement concerns rigid endoscopy tower devices and optics as well as related accessories for neurosurgery for the hus group. the procurement includes five (5) areas, which are: 1. endoscopy tower 2d 4k 2. ventriculoscope 3. endonasal optical flushing pump system 4. endonasal endoscope 2d optics 5. spinal endoscope lumbar spine tower assembly 2d 4k (optional option) the procurement is divided into parts according to the aforementioned areas. the provider can offer for one or more parts of the procurement. all mandatory products of the area/category must be offered. the configuration to be ordered during the contract period will be determined according to the needs of the user unit, taking into account the patient groups of the department. this announcement has not been divided into parts for technical reasons. area 5 is an optional option, which includes the spinal endoscope tower device assembly, which the provider can include in their offer. only area 5 cannot be offered, but the offer must include at least one of the areas 1-4. products of area 5 are offered in attachment 17 price attachment. attachment 2 provides more detailed information on the requirements of area 5. the procurement also includes device-related accessories. the subject of the procurement and the products are described in more detail in the price and product form in attachment 2 of the request for proposals. the actual contract period (both device and device-related accessories) is two (2) years, after which the contract is valid indefinitely. additionally, an option was reserved for the right to conclude a maintenance contract for the tower device. the aim is to obtain safe and reliable devices and accessories through the procurement process. the goal is also that the delivery reliability of the devices and accessories is good and that devices/accessories are available when needed. the estimated total value of the procurement for four years is approximately €900,000 (vat 0%). this is an estimate, and the procurement unit is not committed to the stated euro amounts and the consumption amounts indicated in the request for proposals. the final order quantities may be larger or smaller than stated. the subject of the procurement and its requirements are described in detail in the request for proposals and its attachments. estimated value excluding vat: 139568.00 eur.Rigid endoscopy tower equipment and optics, as well as related accessories for neurosurgery
