Contract awarded for Revision software lot-0001, title: audit software, description: an automated transfer of reports to the audited areas, including a workflow-based tracking of measures, should be possible (web-based follow-up connected to the audit software). the creation of standardized reports and evaluations at the push of a button should also be ensured. the goal is to replace the previous audit software (ey via) as well as to ensure fully digital and audit-proof documentation of the core processes of internal audit - from audit planning to audit execution to follow-up on open measures and stakeholder-oriented reporting. for this purpose, a software solution must be provided as an end-to-end solution to map the audit processes, including a digital file for each audit, workflow management, measures management with automated follow-up, a portal for audited parties, dashboards/kpis, and automated reporting. current internal users: 7 auditors, 1 audit management (cae/management). audit portfolio: approx. 20-30 audits/year in different sizes and focuses (general/commercial, it, and construction). additionally, a frontend/portal for audited parties (approx. 50-100 users) for tracking measures and for filing/viewing reports is required. the solution should be offered as a cloud model. the conclusion of an evb-it system contract is mandatory. implementation should begin in early october 2026 and be completed by december 15, 2026, at the latest. during this time, 1 to 2 audits should already be conducted and documented within the software on a trial basis. estimated value excluding vat: 1.00 eur.Revision software
