lot-0001, title: replacement of backup server infrastructure, description: the subject of the public contract is the delivery of a new redundant virtualization infrastructure for the vmware esxi platform based on 25gbe ethernet connectivity using the iscsi protocol for access to shared disk storage. the delivered solution must form a mutually compatible and fully functional whole designed for high availability, redundant data paths, and uninterrupted operation. the delivery includes virtualization servers, disk arrays, and lan switches, including all accessories, optical modules, cabling, and licenses necessary for the full functionality of the solution. more detailed specifications of the subject of performance are contained in the attachments of the procurement documentation. considering the nature of the information and its protection under act no. 264/2025 coll., the cybersecurity act, the contracting authority will provide appendix no. 1 - specification of the subject of performance of the procurement documentation upon request from the supplier and against the submitted signed non-disclosure agreement (nda) in the wording of appendix no. 7 of the procurement documentation. the non-disclosure agreement (nda) must be signed by a person authorized to act on behalf of or for the supplier. if the agreement is signed by an authorized representative, a power of attorney granted to such a person for this case must be attached to the agreement.
