part four of legislative decree 152/2006: e.e.r. 20 03 07 bulky waste pursuant to art. 100, paragraphs 1, letter a) and 3, of the code (so-called professional suitability). these are non-hazardous urban solid waste that due to their size of "bulk" cannot be placed in the containers provided to users within the framework of the separate waste collection that takes place in the 19 member municipalities and are therefore deposited by domestic and non-domestic users in specific containers at municipal or consortium waste collection centers, or within the framework of collection with itinerant roll-off containers or upon user request and that due to their construction characteristics and/or the heterogeneity and non-homogeneity of the materials they are made of (combination of products and materials of different nature and origin), cannot be directly placed in a "differentiated" manner by type of waste in the roll-off containers for individual materials (as instead occurs for waste of only wood, glass, metals, weee, used tires without rims, construction debris, cardboard packaging, plastic packaging, etc.). such waste is collected and transported by trucks and/or articulated vehicles equipped with roll-off containers by the contracting companies of the ongoing collection and transport service, on behalf of the consortium, to a single authorized fixed plant (plant-offer), pursuant to legislative decree 152/2006, for recovery operations (annex c - part iv of legislative decree n. 152/2006 letter r...), or in the case of an economic operator based in another eu country, with equivalent authorization in force pursuant to art. 69 of the code, for recovery operations (annex c - part iv of legislative decree 152/2006), addressed to the same competitor, for the waste referred to by the above-mentioned e.e.r. code, for an authorized plant capacity that can be stored and moved suitable for treating the entire presumed quantity of waste collected in relation to this contract. the fundamental and non-derogable requirement to participate in this tender is that the bidding competitor corresponds to the holder of the authorization to carry out the recovery activity of the waste in question related to the plant-offer, under penalty of exclusion. contract duration: 36 (thirty-six) months presumably from 01.10.2026 to 30.09.2029 and in any case, starting from the actual start date of the service, even postponed compared to the date provided therein, maintaining the three-year duration. estimated quantity: the quantity of waste, only indicative, subject to the contract is based on the estimate of 2,792.667 tons/year, derived from the historical average of recent years. this amount, only presumed, is subject to increase or decrease depending on the trend of separate collection. therefore, the total quantity in tons for the contract in question is estimated as follows: average of about 232.722 tons/month (2,792.667 tons/year) x 36 months = 8,378 total tons (rounded), with an overall fluctuation of +/- 20% tons under the same terms, economic conditions, and technical contract conditions. the unit price base for the tender is equal to 230.00 (two hundred thirty/00) euro/ton. this unit price base for the tender of 230.00 euro/ton is composed as follows: - the unit price subject to reduction equal to 214.00 (two hundred fourteen/00) euro/ton. - the unit cost of labor not reducible (art. 41, paragraph 14, of the code), calculated by the contracting authority based on the average derived from a specific market research, equal to 16.00 (sixteen/00) euro/ton. - while the unit costs of safety related to the assessment of interference risks not reducible (art. 41, paragraph 14, of the code), are estimated at 0.00 (zero/00) euro/ton. in practice, the percentage reduction offered will only apply to the reducible unit price of 214.00 euro/ton. based on the total estimated quantity of waste subject to the contract, the resulting presumed total amount is equal to 1,926,940.00 euro. of which: reducible base auction: 1,792,892.00 euro. non-reducible labor cost: 134,048.00 euro. non-reducible safety costs: 0.00 euro. all the amounts mentioned above are excluding vat. the offer must relate exclusively to the price of the waste collection service by the competitor's plant-offer and not to the transport of the same to the plant, as it is already carried out by the consortium at its own expense. since it is a measured contract, the contractor will be paid exclusively for the service actually provided, applying the offered unit price, multiplied by the quantity of waste actually collected for treatment. the contract consists of a single lot. estimated value excluding vat: 1640077.28 eur.Recovery service, excluding transportation, to an economic operator equipped with an authorized facility, for urban solid waste identified with code e.e.r. 20 03 07 bulky waste.
