Contract awarded for Purchase of printing services for regional branches of arimr for a period of 47 months lot-0001, title: purchase of printing service for regional branches of arimr for a period of 47 months, description: 1. the subject of the order is the provision by the contractor to the agency for restructuring and modernization of agriculture, hereinafter referred to as the "ordering party", of the service of renting equipment along with the printing service using a central printing system, under the conditions specified in the draft provisions of the contract, which constitute annex no. 8 to the swz (hereinafter: "p.p.u.") and ensuring constant service and technical support (warranty service). 2. as part of the execution of the order, the contractor will be obliged to: 2.1. deliver the equipment, at its own cost and risk, to the individual locations of the ordering party, in accordance with annex no. 1b to p.p.u. and their installation and configuration at the individual locations confirmed each time by the equipment acceptance protocol, the template of which constitutes annex no. 2 to p.p.u., 2.2. continuously monitor the state of consumption of consumables (i.e., materials that periodically wear out excluding paper, necessary for the proper functioning of the equipment and to ensure their continuous and correct operation) via remote access to the equipment, referred to in § 3 sec. 4 of the agreement and their successive delivery to ensure constant, uninterrupted operation of all equipment. to fulfill this obligation, the contractor will continuously replenish consumables, delivering them to the locations without the need for the ordering party to report shortages/exhaustion of consumables. the replacement of consumables will be carried out by the employees of the ordering party. in the event that the standard procedure for replacing a specific consumable (described by the equipment manufacturer) is ineffective, i.e., the equipment does not perform printing/scanning/copying functions, the contractor is obliged to replace the consumables in such a way as to restore the proper functioning of the equipment. apart from the consumables whose replacement is the contractor's responsibility, paper for the equipment will be provided by the ordering party on its own. the contractor also undertakes to successively collect at its own cost from the ordering party the used consumables and to dispose of them in accordance with the applicable legal regulations in this regard, 2.3. ensuring constant, high-quality copies, prints, scans, and reliable operation of all equipment, assuming that printing/copying throughout the duration of the agreement will amount to up to 42,000,000 pages (in words: forty-two million pages) counted in a4 format (a3 print counted as 2 x a4), including mono (black and white): 39,000,000 pages (in words: thirty-nine million pages). the ordering party declares a minimum number of copies and prints – 15,000,000 (in words: fifteen million pages) counted in a4 format. the contractor will receive remuneration for the declared minimum number of copies and prints and for each number realized above the declared minimum, 2.4. ensuring throughout the duration of the agreement constant service and technical support for the equipment (warranty service), in particular: 2.4.1. removing equipment failures, including supplying and replacing worn or damaged spare parts, 2.4.2. performing periodic inspections and maintenance in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations, 2.5. implementing and launching at its own cost and risk the printing service confirmed by the printing service implementation protocol and the printing service launch protocol, including: 2.5.1. installing and launching software on the ordering party's hardware-software platform based on microsoft windows server 2016 or higher, or a virtual server for the installation of another operating system provided by the contractor 2.5.2. configuring and launching the central printing system, 2.6. ensuring that the software provides management and monitoring functions for the printing service, consisting in particular of: 2.6.1. administering the equipment, including enabling constant monitoring of the equipment, allowing the ordering party to continuously obtain information about the status of equipment failures, unavailability, and the state of consumption of consumables; 2.6.2. collecting data from all equipment, in particular through access to reports on the functioning of the central printing system, including the operation of the equipment and to data, among others, for the purpose of settling the remuneration referred to in § 6 sec. 2 p.p.u. and in the scope of: counting the number of prints and copies, divided by print format and type of print and copy for each type of equipment separately and any group of equipment divided by individual locations and collectively, in a monthly settlement period, including ensuring reporting at the request of the ordering party in the period indicated by it (e.g., day, month, quarter, date range) along with the possibility of defining individual reports (e.g., settlement of a user or group of users); 2.7. ensuring insurance of the equipment from the moment of signing the equipment acceptance protocol, the template of which constitutes annex no. 2 to p.p.u. for the entire duration of the agreement; 2.8. deinstallation and collection of the equipment within 30 working days after the end of the agreement. 3. the ordering party requires that the execution of the subject of the order takes place under the conditions and principles specified in p.p.u. along with the attachments, constituting annex no. 8 to the swz. estimated value excluding vat: 3708322.08 pln.Purchase of printing services for regional branches of arimr for a period of 47 months
