Contract awarded for Purchase, delivery, installation, and commissioning of 5 pieces of automatic border control gates 'abc', intended for the border guard facility in warsaw-okecie. lot-0001, title: purchase, delivery, installation, and commissioning of 5 pieces of automatic border control gates "abc", intended for the border guard post in warsaw-okecie, description: purchase, delivery, installation, and commissioning of 5 pieces of automatic border control gates "abc", intended for the border guard post in warsaw-okecie. the contractor is obliged under the order to: 1) purchase and deliver: a) 5 pieces of abc gates, with all required peripheral devices and other elements specified in the opz; b) required licenses and software, under the conditions specified in the opz; c) a test set that will enable the simulation of the border control process in the delivered abc gates and the initiation of the border control process using facial recognition and fingerprint verification of the delivered abc gates; 2) dismantle 5 pieces of previously used abc gates and install 5 pieces of new abc gates in the locations and at the times designated by the ordering party and user; 3) develop and deliver documentation specified in the opz; 4) adapt the delivered software to connect with the border guard's border control system, resulting in the creation of an application programming interface, if applicable according to the contractor's offer and opz; 5) transfer to the ordering party and the border guard the proprietary copyrights in accordance with the contract and opz; 6) provide maintenance services and technical support during the warranty period, including performing technical and maintenance inspections with a frequency in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines, but no less than once every six months during the warranty period; 7) conduct training for border guard engineers on administering the central part of the abc gate software; 8) conduct training for border guard officers on the proper operation and maintenance of the abc gates and abc gate software; 9) support the user in updating the software during the warranty period, in case the manufacturer introduces new software or new versions of it. the opz is included in annex no. 1 to the swz and the ppu constitutes annex no. 2 to the swz. estimated value excluding vat: 2565000.00 pln.Purchase, delivery, installation, and commissioning of 5 pieces of automatic border control gates 'abc', intended for the border guard facility in warsaw-okecie.
